Breakfast in La Monestarié’s courtyard to the sound of birdsong is a magical moment of culinary indulgence! On your table, you’ll find homemade cakes and jam, croissants, pains au chocolat, and bread from our baker (the best!), fruit juice and fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, cheese and cold meats – all local, organic whenever possible and, of course, regional specialities that we’re delighted to introduce you to.

Fancy a gourmet evening on the estate? Our restaurant Le Patio welcomes you every evening from Wednesday to Sunday. Take a seat under the arcades of our patio or in the 19th-century lounges and enjoy the magic of the place…

On the menu, you’ll find artisanal regional dishes that we’ve carefully selected such as the unmissable Cassoulet, as well as bistro-inspired dishes, the house salad of the day, sweet specialities, and of course, our selection of Gaillac wines and local beers.

For a snack during the day, the Bar de l’Olivier offers snacks and drinks to enjoy on one of our terraces or by the pool.

Le Patio – Service from Wednesday to Sunday, from 7.30 pm to 9 pm upon reservation. For hotel guests only.

Thinking of a stroll through the vines, a bicycle ride or a picnic in the park? Then the estate’s picnic hamper is for you! Don’t forget to order it, and we’ll rustle up a fresh lunch of local produce, which you can take with you or eat here as you wish.
