Suites & Apartments

For an exceptional trip

Welcome to La Monestarié! To make you feel at home, this beautiful mansion combines 17th century simplicity with 19th century elegance.

Depending on your tastes and desires, you can choose from:

The Blue Suite in local pastel blue with its balcony overlooking the park, the Palmyre Suite with its art deco touches or the Sarah Suite, with an olden-day feel. In the Italian and Tower Suites, the huge brick fireplaces, the stone walls and the original handmade floor tiles – vestiges of the past – take you back to the days of chandeliers but with all today’s comforts.

All our bedrooms have been renovated and restyled with the help of an interior designer.

Sharing meals and tasting new dishes!

Mealtimes are often the perfect occasion to strike up conversations and try new dishes. Our varied breakfasts are homemade with the help of local producers, fruit from the orchard and local Tarn bees!

We regularly organise special chef’s dinners, as well as locally produced tapas to accompany our cultural evenings.

We’ve also organised a mini market where you’ll find local “terroir” produce that you can savour on the spot or take home with you as a tasty souvenir.

Why not visit the estate before you go ?
